Volcanic Highlands & Unique Microclimates

Throughout history, high-altitude coffee has been classified as a product of unique distinction. The convergence of diverse microclimates, deep valleys, and mineral-rich volcanic soils combined with the influence of oceanic currents and constant rainfall defines the character of our lands.

The strategic elevation of our plantations, where over 90% are located above 1,300 meters (4,260+ feet) above sea level, ensures unmatched conditions for the cultivation of a bean with exceptional body, aroma, and complexity. Founded on the vision of delivering a unique experience, we bring to the United States a selection of premium blends crafted in alliance with expert exporters - a dream that is now a reality.

1,300m+ Altitude Peaks

Over 90% of our crops are grown above 1,300 meters, ensuring high density and sweet bean complexity.

Oceanic Influence

Oceanic currents and constant rainfall create optimal hydration and slow cherry maturation.

Volcanic Deep Valleys

Mineral-rich soils of volcanic valleys supply deep nourishment to the roots.

Specialty Coffee Brewing Guide

Extract the perfect flavor profiles from our variables. Below is our recommended recipe accordion, crafted by our roasting experts.

Ratio 1:16 (15g Coffee / 240g Water)
Grind Medium-Fine
Temp 200°F (93°C)
Time 3:00 Mins

Preparation Steps:

  1. Rinse the paper filter in your V60 cone with hot water to remove any paper taste, then discard the rinse water.
  2. Add 15g of medium-fine freshly ground specialty coffee, tap to level, and tare your scale.
  3. Pour 45g of water to bloom the grounds. Let it bubble and release gases for 45 seconds.
  4. Slowly pour the remaining 195g of water in concentric circles from the center outwards, finishing the final pour by 2:15 minutes.
  5. Let the coffee drain completely through. Your total brew time should land right around 3:00 minutes. Enjoy the clean cup!
Ratio 1:2 (18g Coffee / 36g Liquid Out)
Grind Very Fine
Pressure 9 Bars Pressure
Time 25 - 30 Secs

Preparation Steps:

  1. Wipe your portafilter basket dry. Grind 18g of coffee into the basket and distribute it evenly.
  2. Tamp flat and firm with about 30 lbs of pressure. Lock portafilter into the group head.
  3. Start the shot and scale timer simultaneously. Liquid flow should begin after 4-6 seconds as a dark syrup.
  4. Stop the extraction when you hit 36g of liquid output (around 28 seconds).
  5. Look for a beautiful thick golden-hazelnut crema. Stir gently with a spoon before sipping.
Ratio 1:15 (30g Coffee / 450g Water)
Grind Coarse (Sea Salt)
Temp 200°F (93°C)
Time 4:00 Mins

Preparation Steps:

  1. Add 30g of coarsely ground coffee into the empty bottom of the warmed French Press beaker.
  2. Pour 450g of hot water, making sure to fully saturate all the grounds. Stir gently three times.
  3. Place the plunger lid on top (but do not plunge yet) to keep heat trapped. Set timer for 4 minutes.
  4. At 4:00, gently plunge down. Do not force it; press slowly with even weight.
  5. Pour the coffee out into your mugs immediately. Leaving the coffee in the press will over-extract it and make it bitter.
